Terms of Service

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between (주) 스프링웨어 (the "Company") and users ("Members") in relation to the use of the Springware IVE service (the "Service") provided by the Company.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms aim to define the conditions and procedures for using the Service provided by the Company, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and Members.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • ·"Service" means the Springware IVE web dashboard and all related features provided by the Company.
  • ·"Member" means a person who agrees to these Terms and registers for and uses the Service.
  • ·"Social login" means authentication/registration using an external account such as GitHub, GitLab, or Slack.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

  • ·These Terms take effect by being posted on the Service screen.
  • ·The Company may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable law and will announce the effective date and content of changes within the Service.
  • ·If a Member does not agree to the amended Terms, the Member may discontinue use and withdraw.

Article 4 (Sign-up and Accounts)

  • ·Sign-up is performed via email verification or social login (GitHub/GitLab/Slack).
  • ·Members must provide accurate information at sign-up and update it if it changes.
  • ·Members are responsible for managing their own accounts; the Member bears responsibility for any misuse or unauthorized use of account information.

Article 5 (Social Login and External Repository Integration)

  • ·Members may log in with a GitHub/GitLab/Slack account, in which case minimal information such as email, name, and profile image is provided by that service.
  • ·When a Member integrates an external repository, the Company performs tasks such as handling issues and merge requests within the scope of the permissions (access token or OAuth authorization) granted by the Member.
  • ·Members may revoke external service integration at any time.

Article 6 (Provision and Change of Service)

  • ·The Company strives to provide a stable service, but the Service may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, faults, force majeure, etc.
  • ·The Company may change or discontinue the content of the Service and will give prior notice of material changes.

Article 7 (Obligations of Members)

Members must not engage in the following acts.

  • ·Stealing or fraudulently using another person's account or information
  • ·Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
  • ·Using the Service for purposes contrary to law or public order and morals
  • ·Infringing the rights of the Company or third parties

Article 8 (Responsibility for AI-Automated Results)

  • ·The Service uses AI agents to automatically analyze and process issues and to generate code changes (MR/PR) and similar outputs.
  • ·AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or contain errors, and Members are responsible for reviewing and verifying them before use.
  • ·The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-automated outputs and is not liable for damages arising from a Member's use without review.

Article 9 (Restriction of Use)

If a Member violates these Terms or interferes with the normal operation of the Service, the Company may, after prior notice (or subsequent notice in urgent cases), restrict use or suspend/delete the account.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

  • ·The Company is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond its control, such as force majeure, the Member's fault, or faults in external services (GitHub/GitLab/Slack, etc.).
  • ·Unless otherwise specifically provided by applicable law, the Company is not liable in connection with the use of services provided free of charge.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising in connection with use of the Service shall be subject to the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
